Terms of Service for Android Development Info

Terms of Service - Android Development Info

Terms of Service

Application: Android Development Info
Provider: Arum Communications Corp.
Effective date: 2026-09-08

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Android Development Info mobile application ("the App" or "the Service"), provided by Arum Communications Corp. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App is a developer-oriented information and utility application. It displays system, hardware, and application information about your device, such as the Android version, API level, security patch level, SoC, sensors, battery and thermal status, network details, Google Play services version, and Google Play system module (Mainline) versions. It also provides developer-oriented views such as Android system properties, other system properties, environment variables, kernel information, mount and partition information, directory information, media codecs, and detailed package information for the applications installed on your device, including their activities, services, broadcast receivers, content providers, instrumentations, declared permissions, and requested permissions.

The App additionally includes the following developer tools:

  • Crash Log Viewer — displays crash, ANR, and tombstone entries recorded by the Android system log dropbox, where the operating system permits the App to read them.
  • Developer Console — a list of shortcuts that open third-party developer websites and consoles in your browser, with an optional form for requesting that a site be added.
  • Developer Options — a shortcut to the Android system developer options screen.
  • Fill Storage — creates dummy files that consume free storage space for testing purposes, and lets you list and delete those files.
Informational and diagnostic purposes only. The App does not itself download, install, or modify system software or applications, and it does not modify other applications or their data. Any update checks or installations are performed by the Android operating system, Google Play, or your device manufacturer. The App provides information, developer utilities, and convenient shortcuts; the availability and outcome of any update are controlled by those external systems, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, internal development, testing, and diagnostic use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels;
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or those of our third-party providers;
  • Use the App, or the information it displays about other applications, to circumvent security measures, to attack, tamper with, or gain unauthorized access to any application, device, or system, or otherwise to infringe the rights of others;
  • Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Permissions

The App requests permission to query the list of installed applications, to access the network, and to show notifications, in order to display app and system information and deliver update-related alerts. The Crash Log Viewer additionally relies on the privileged READ_LOGS permission and, on some Android versions, on the PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS special access. These are not granted to ordinary applications by default, and where they are unavailable the corresponding feature will simply report that it cannot be used. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings; doing so may limit or disable App functionality.

5. Use of the Developer Tools

The developer tools are provided for testing and diagnostic purposes, and you use them at your own risk on devices you own or are authorized to test.

  • Fill Storage: this tool deliberately consumes free storage space by creating dummy files. Filling the storage of a device may cause applications or the operating system to behave unexpectedly, fail to save data, or become unstable until space is freed. You are solely responsible for choosing how much space to consume and for deleting the dummy files afterwards. We recommend using it only on test devices and only when you understand the consequences.
  • Crash Log Viewer: system log entries may contain diagnostic information about other applications on the device. You agree to use this information only for legitimate development and diagnostic purposes, and to respect the rights of the owners of those applications.
  • Developer Console: the site shortcuts open third-party websites, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If you use the optional request form, you agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, and you grant us permission to use the submitted site name and URL to evaluate and, at our discretion, include the site in a future version of the App.
  • Developer Options: the App only opens the corresponding Android system screen; any setting you change there is applied by the operating system, not by the App.

6. In-App Purchases

The App is free to use and supported by advertising. You may optionally make a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat.

  • Billing: The purchase price is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase, at the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
  • One-time purchase: The ad-removal purchase is a one-time, non-subscription purchase. It is not auto-renewing and does not incur recurring charges.
  • Refunds: Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and any non-waivable rights you may have under your local law. We generally cannot issue refunds directly; please contact Google Play support for refund requests.
  • Restore purchases: If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can use the "Restore Purchases" function to reactivate a purchase tied to your Google account.
  • Price changes: We may change purchase prices from time to time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob and through Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), an advertising mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies, which may serve ads from Unity Ads, the ironSource ad network, and Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Ad selection may use device identifiers and information about your device and the App. You can remove ads through the one-time in-app purchase described above.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay advertising mediation (formerly ironSource), Unity Ads, and the ironSource ad network (Unity Technologies), Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. The Developer Console also links to third-party developer websites and consoles. Your use of those services is also governed by the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their content, policies, or practices.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing activity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, to other applications on the device, or to any related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code through or in connection with the App.

10. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including but not limited to source code, designs, graphics, icons, text, and trademarks, are the property of Arum Communications Corp. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.

11. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App from time to time. We may also modify or discontinue the App or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SYSTEM, HARDWARE, PACKAGE, DEVELOPER, OR LOG INFORMATION DISPLAYED WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE. THE DEVELOPER TOOLS, INCLUDING FILL STORAGE, ARE PROVIDED FOR TESTING PURPOSES AND ARE USED ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ARUM COMMUNICATIONS CORP., ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD 10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arum Communications Corp. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at developer@arumarum.com.

Privacy Policy for Android Development Info

Privacy Policy - Android Development Info

Privacy Policy

Application: Android Development Info
Provider: Arum Communications Corp.
Effective date: 2026-09-08

Arum Communications Corp. ("we", "us", "our") built the Android Development Info app ("the Service") as a free, ad-supported application with an optional one-time in-app purchase. The Service is aimed at Android developers, engineers, and technically advanced users, and shows system, hardware, package, and developer-oriented information about the device it is installed on, together with a set of developer tools. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use the Service, and the choices you have associated with that information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Information processed only on your device

The Service reads system, hardware, and application information already present on your device in order to display it to you, including:

  • Device and OS information (Android version, API level, codename, security patch level, build properties, SoC, sensors, battery and thermal status, network details, RAM, storage, display metrics, time zone)
  • Google Play services version and Google Play system module (Mainline) versions and license details
  • Developer-oriented system data such as Android system properties, other system properties, environment variables, kernel information, mount and partition information, directory information, and available media codecs
  • The list of applications installed on your device and their package information, including package name, version, install and update times, UID and GIDs, shared user ID, application info (directories, process name, target and minimum SDK versions), and the declared activities, services, broadcast receivers, content providers, instrumentations, declared permissions, and requested permissions of each package
  • Crash, ANR, and tombstone entries recorded by the Android system log dropbox, shown by the Crash Log Viewer tool. These entries are produced by the operating system and may contain stack traces, process and package names, and other diagnostic text about applications running on your device
  • Storage volume and free-space information used by the Fill Storage tool

This information stays on your device. We do not upload your device information, installed-app list, package details, system properties, environment variables, system module information, or system crash and ANR log entries to any server operated by us. The Service displays this data locally and does not retain it after you leave the relevant screen.

1.2 Information you choose to submit to us

The Developer Console tool lists shortcuts to third-party developer websites and consoles. It also includes an optional "request a site" form. If, and only if, you choose to submit that form, the site name and site URL you type are sent to a server operated by us so that we can consider adding the site to a future version of the app. No other information is attached to the request, and the form is entirely optional; every other part of the Developer Console works without it.

1.3 Permissions used

PermissionPurpose
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE Required to load advertising, deliver push notifications, validate in-app purchases, submit an optional Developer Console site request, and display network information.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES Required to enumerate the applications installed on your device so the app can show the installed app list, package details, and component and permission information. This data is read on-device and is not uploaded.
READ_LOGS Used by the Crash Log Viewer to read crash, ANR, and tombstone entries recorded by the Android system log dropbox. This is a privileged permission that is not granted to ordinary apps; where it has not been granted on your device, the feature simply reports that it is unavailable. Log entries are read on-device and are not uploaded.
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS Used together with READ_LOGS by the Crash Log Viewer on Android versions that require it in order to read system log dropbox entries. It is a special-access permission that you grant yourself in system settings, and you can revoke it at any time.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) Required to show notifications, such as alerts about available app or system updates.
com.android.vending.BILLING Required to offer and process the optional in-app purchase that removes advertising.

1.4 Information collected by third-party services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These services may collect data such as device identifiers (Android Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, crash logs, push notification tokens, and aggregated usage events. Please review each provider's privacy policy linked in Section 4 below.

Advertising in the app is provided by Google AdMob. To select, deliver, measure, and limit the frequency of ads, the advertising SDK may collect and process the device's advertising identifier, IP address (and coarse location derived from it), device and operating-system information, app version, language, country, and ad impression, click, and interaction data. See Section 4 for the applicable privacy policy.

A portion of the advertising in the app is also delivered through Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), an advertising mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies (ironSource Ltd., a Unity company). LevelPlay mediation decides in real time which ad network fills each ad request and may serve ads from Unity Ads (Unity's advertising network), the ironSource ad network, Meta Audience Network (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.), and Google AdMob. To select, deliver, measure, and cap the frequency of these ads, the LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, and Meta Audience Network SDKs may collect and process the device's advertising identifier, IP address (and coarse location derived from it), device and operating-system information, app version, language, country, and ad impression, click, and interaction data. Unity, ironSource, and Meta process this information as described in their privacy policies linked in Section 4.

1.5 Purchase information

If you make an in-app purchase (for example, the one-time purchase to remove ads), the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment instrument (e.g., credit card number). We receive an anonymous app user ID, purchase tokens, entitlement status, and purchase metadata such as country and product ID, in order to grant and validate your purchase.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the core system, hardware, package, and developer information features (read locally on your device).
  • To provide the developer tools, such as the Crash Log Viewer, Developer Console, and Fill Storage, all of which operate on your device.
  • To consider adding a developer site that you voluntarily submit through the Developer Console request form.
  • To deliver advertising, including non-personalized ads where required by law or by your consent choice.
  • To send push notifications, such as update-related alerts.
  • To measure app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve stability.
  • To validate and manage in-app purchases.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (EEA/UK Users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on (a) your consent for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting that involve personal data, collected through Google's Consent Management Platform (CMP) shown on first launch; (b) the performance of a contract for purchase processing; and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. You can change your consent at any time from the in-app privacy settings.

4. Third-Party Service Providers and Their Privacy Policies

We use the following third-party services. Each link below leads to that provider's privacy policy and, where applicable, its description of the data it collects and how it is used.

The Developer Console feature also opens third-party developer websites and consoles (for example Google Play Console, Firebase Console, GitHub, and app-store developer portals) in your browser. Those sites are operated by their respective owners and are governed by their own privacy policies; the Service only provides the link.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

Ads are served by Google AdMob and through Unity LevelPlay mediation (which may deliver ads from Unity Ads, the ironSource ad network, and Meta Audience Network). These services may use the Android Advertising ID to deliver, measure, and limit the frequency of ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

  • On Android: open Settings → Google → Ads and toggle "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  • For EEA, UK, or Swiss users, you may withdraw or change your advertising consent through the in-app privacy options, which re-displays the Google CMP consent form.
  • You may also remove ads entirely through the one-time in-app purchase.
  • Learn more: Advertising ID, Google Ad Settings.

6. Push Notifications

The Service uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications, such as alerts about available app or system updates. To do this, the device is assigned a registration token. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system notification settings; doing so does not affect the other features of the app.

7. Log Data

When the app itself crashes or encounters an error, third-party tools (Firebase Crashlytics) may collect diagnostic data including device IP, device model, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the error, and the time and date of the event. This information is used solely to diagnose and resolve issues.

This is separate from the Crash Log Viewer feature. The crash, ANR, and tombstone entries that the Crash Log Viewer displays are read from the Android system log dropbox on your device, are shown to you only, and are never transmitted to us or to any third party by the Service.

8. Developer Tools and Your Device

Some developer tools in the Service write to or change the state of your own device. In particular, the Fill Storage tool creates dummy files in order to consume free storage space for testing purposes, and lets you list and delete those files again. The files are created on your device only, their contents are meaningless filler, and nothing about them is transmitted to us. You are responsible for the amount of free space you choose to consume and for deleting the dummy files when you no longer need them.

9. Cookies

The Service does not itself use cookies. However, third-party SDKs embedded in the app may use cookie-equivalent identifiers (such as advertising IDs) to provide their services.

10. Data Retention

  • System, hardware, package, and developer information is read on demand and displayed locally; it is not stored on our servers.
  • Site names and URLs voluntarily submitted through the Developer Console request form are retained by us for as long as needed to evaluate and maintain the built-in site list.
  • Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for as long as required to maintain your entitlement and for legal/accounting purposes.
  • Crash, analytics, and push-notification data are retained according to each provider's standard retention periods.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA, UK, California, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information processed through the Service. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

13. Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to other sites, including the developer sites listed in the Developer Console. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" at the top.

16. Contact Us

If you have any questions or suggestions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at developer@arumarum.com.

  • Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Your Content and Edited Images — Important Warning

You are solely responsible for the photos you edit and save. Editing and saving through the App may alter or overwrite image files, and such changes may be irreversible. We strongly recommend that you keep a backup of original photos before editing. We are not liable for any loss of, or damage to, data, files, or media resulting from your use of the App.

You retain all rights to the images you import, edit, and export with the App. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the photos you process, and that your use of the App does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Permissions

The App requires access to your device's photos and camera in order to load the images you select, capture new photos, and save your cropped or edited results. You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; doing so may limit or disable App functionality.

6. Free Usage Allowance

The free version of the App allows a limited number of image operations (single crop, each image of a batch crop, camera crop, and collage save) within each 24-hour period. When the allowance is used up, you can wait for the next period or upgrade to premium to remove the limit. The allowance is tracked locally on your device, and we may change the allowance from time to time.

7. Purchases and In-App Purchases

Some features of the App, the removal of the free usage limit, and the removal of ads are available only through a paid premium purchase. Premium purchases may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time purchase, and are processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat.

  • Billing: Fees are charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase and, for subscriptions, at the start of each renewal period, at the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal (subscriptions): Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
  • Free trials and promotions: If a free trial or promotional period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase, unless required otherwise by law.
  • Price changes: We may change prices from time to time. Where required by law, we will give you advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob and through Unity LevelPlay mediation (formerly ironSource), which may serve ads from Unity Ads, the ironSource ad network, and Meta Audience Network. Ad selection may use device identifiers and information about your device and the App. Purchasing the premium upgrade removes ads from the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay mediation, Unity Ads, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, the Google User Messaging Platform (consent), Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is also governed by the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their content, policies, or practices.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing activity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code through or in connection with the App.

11. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including but not limited to source code, designs, graphics, icons, text, and trademarks, are the property of Arum Communications Corp. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.

12. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App from time to time. We may also modify or discontinue the App or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT EDITING, CROPPING, OR EXPORT OPERATIONS WILL ALWAYS PRODUCE RESULTS THAT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at developer@arumarum.com.

Privacy Policy for Crop Image Lite

Privacy Policy - Crop Image Lite

Privacy Policy

Application: Crop Image Lite
Provider: Arum Communications Corp.
Effective date: 2026-07-25

Arum Communications Corp. ("we", "us", "our") built the Crop Image Lite app ("the Service") as a free, ad-supported application with an optional paid premium upgrade.

The Service lets you crop, rotate, straighten, and batch-process photos, take a new photo with your camera to crop, and combine several photos into a collage. To do this, the app reads:

  • The photos you select from your gallery, or the photo you capture with the camera, so they can be displayed and edited
  • File metadata (file name, file path, file size, modification date) of the images you choose to edit
  • The MediaStore content URIs needed to load the images you pick and to save the cropped or edited output back to your device

This information stays on your device. The cropping, rotation, straightening, batch processing, and collage composition all happen locally on your device. We do not upload your photos, file names, file paths, thumbnails, or edited results to any server operated by us. Cropped and edited images are saved to your device's gallery (photo storage) and remain under your control.

The free version of the app allows a limited number of image operations within each 24-hour period. To enforce this, the app keeps a simple counter and timestamp in its own local preferences on your device. This counter contains no personal information and is not transmitted to us; it is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

1.2 Permissions used

PermissionPurpose
CAMERA Capture a new photo so you can crop and edit it. Used only when you choose the camera option.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) Read photos from device storage so you can select images to crop and edit.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) Same purpose as above on older Android versions.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) Required to save your cropped and edited images to device storage on legacy Android versions.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) Display notifications, such as update or informational messages delivered via push.

1.3 Information collected by third-party services

1.4 Subscription and purchase information

If you purchase a premium upgrade, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment instrument (e.g., credit card number). We receive an anonymous subscriber ID, purchase tokens, entitlement status, and purchase metadata such as country and product ID, in order to grant and validate your premium entitlement (for example, to remove ads and lift the free usage limit for premium users).

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the core cropping, rotating, straightening, batch processing, and collage functionality (locally on your device).
  • To deliver advertising, including non-personalized ads where required by law or by your consent choice.
  • To send notifications relevant to the app where you have allowed them.
  • To measure app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve stability.
  • To validate and manage premium purchases.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (EEA/UK Users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on (a) your consent for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting that involve personal data, collected through the consent form shown on first launch; (b) the performance of a contract for purchase processing; and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. You can change your consent at any time from the in-app privacy settings.

4. Third-Party Service Providers and Their Privacy Policies

We use the following third-party services. Each link below leads to that provider's privacy policy and, where applicable, its description of the data it collects and how it is used.

  • For EEA, UK, or Swiss users, you may withdraw or change your advertising consent through the in-app privacy options, which re-displays the consent form.
  • Purchasing the premium upgrade removes ads from the app.
  • Learn more: Advertising ID, Google Ad Settings.

6. Push Notifications

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. To do this, a unique device registration token is generated and processed by Google. You can disable notifications at any time from your device's system settings for the app, and on Android 13 and above you may decline the notification permission when prompted.

7. Log Data

When the app crashes or encounters an error, third-party tools (Firebase Crashlytics) may collect diagnostic data including device IP, device model, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the error, and the time and date of the event. This information is used solely to diagnose and resolve issues.

8. Cookies

The Service does not itself use cookies. However, third-party SDKs embedded in the app may use cookie-equivalent identifiers (such as advertising IDs) to provide their services.

9. Data Retention

  • Photos are processed transiently for editing and are not retained by us; cropped and edited images you save are stored in your own device gallery and remain under your control.
  • Temporary working files created during editing are kept only in the app's cache and are removed when the cache is cleared or when you uninstall the app.
  • The local usage counter used to enforce the free allowance is stored only in the app's own preferences and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
  • Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for as long as required to maintain your entitlement and for legal/accounting purposes.
  • Crash, analytics, advertising, and push notification data are retained according to each provider's standard retention periods.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA, UK, California, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information processed through the Service. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

12. Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" at the top.

Terms of Service - Android System Info

Terms of Service

Application: Android System Info
Provider: Arum Communications Corp.
Effective date: 2026-06-24

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Android System Info mobile application ("the App" or "the Service"), provided by Arum Communications Corp. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App displays system and application information about your device, such as the Android version, API level, security patch level, SoC, sensors, battery and thermal status, network details, Google Play services version, and Google Play system module (Mainline) versions, along with the list of installed applications and their package details. The App may also provide shortcuts to relevant system, Google Play, and device-manufacturer screens. All information is read and displayed on your device.

Informational purposes only. The App does not itself download, install, or modify system software or applications. Any update checks or installations are performed by the Android operating system, Google Play, or your device manufacturer. The App provides information and convenient shortcuts; the availability and outcome of any update are controlled by those external systems, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels;
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or those of our third-party providers;
  • Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Permissions

The App requests permission to query the list of installed applications and to access the network and show notifications, in order to display app and system information and deliver update-related alerts. You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; doing so may limit or disable App functionality.

6. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (the advertising platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Ad selection may use device identifiers and information about your device and the App. You can remove ads through the one-time in-app purchase described above.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is also governed by the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their content, policies, or practices.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing activity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code through or in connection with the App.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including but not limited to source code, designs, graphics, icons, text, and trademarks, are the property of Arum Communications Corp. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.

10. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App from time to time. We may also modify or discontinue the App or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SYSTEM AND APPLICATION INFORMATION DISPLAYED WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at developer@arumarum.com.

Terms of Service

Application: App Store Shortcut
Provider: Arum Communications Corp.
Effective date: 2026-06-24

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App Store Shortcut mobile application ("the App" or "the Service"), provided by Arum Communications Corp. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App lets you create home-screen shortcuts to the applications installed on your device. It also displays installed-app and package information, such as app name, package name, version, and install date, and provides a convenient way to launch or uninstall those applications. All information is read and displayed on your device.

Convenience tool only. The App does not install applications or modify system software. Creating a shortcut simply adds a launcher icon for an app you have already installed. Uninstalling an app is performed by the Android operating system, which asks for your confirmation; the App does not remove apps silently or without your action.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels;
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or those of our third-party providers;
  • Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Permissions

The App requests permission to query the list of installed applications, to request uninstallation of applications, and to access the network and show notifications, in order to display app information, create shortcuts, and let you manage your apps. You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; doing so may limit or disable App functionality.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, the Meta Audience Network, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat.
